A responsible path towards sustainable excellence
DISARONNO GROUP’s sustainability journey began in 2021 with the launch of the ILLVA Sustainability Path (ISP), bringing together initiatives aimed at improving the Group’s overall impact.
The four Sustainability Pillars were identified during the process leading to the issuance of the 2023 Sustainability Report. After laying the foundations in 2022 and formalizing the pillars in 2023, they have since guided subsequent reporting, supporting performance measurement, the definition of new targets, and monitoring of actions.
In 2025, the Group further strengthened its commitment by introducing a dedicated operational plan and aligning its strategy with the United Nations Global Compact principles.

The success of the Group relies, first, on people: employees, partners and stakeholders play a primary role in achieving business goals and pursuing excellence objectives.
At a global level, the Group is committed to initiatives that value every individual and enrich the employee’s experience. People are continuously informed and connected through the intranet platform DISPACE, a proprietary digital environment that also provides access to training programs and a dedicated Digital Academy.
Employees actively contribute to shaping the work environment through Project Horizon, an initiative that regularly engages teams in assessing the current state and collecting ideas and projects aimed at building the desired company culture.
The Group promotes Diversity and Inclusion as key drivers of growth and mutual enrichment. Equal opportunities and respect are core principles of the DISARONNO GROUP Code of Ethics, further supported by dedicated tools such as the whistleblowing channel.
Starting from the second half of 2025, the Group has also launched a structured path to promote gender balance within the organization through the GEA – Gender Equality Assessment & Advisory project. The initiative aims both to measure the level of gender equality within the company and to define concrete improvement actions, also with a view to achieving gender equality certification.
Quality lies at the core of the Group’s philosophy, representing both the starting point for crafting premium products and a key driver of sustainable growth.
Every stage of production and distribution is carefully monitored and analyzed to ensure the highest standards, supported by rigorous internal controls, in-house laboratories, and advanced technologies. The Group’s Innovation Center plays a central role in continuously enhancing product quality, alongside a strong commitment to achieving and maintaing certifications that attest to the excellence of its processes.
DISARONNO GROUP places strong emphasis on achieving the highest sustainability standards across its supply chain, engaging suppliers and partners in a continuous improvement journey.
In this context, the Group has continued and expanded its EcoVadis assessment process, further strengthening ESG performance monitoring and supplier evaluation.
At the same time, DISARONNO GROUP has launched a dedicated Supplier Portal to foster transparency, collaboration, and information sharing across its network. Through this platform, the Supplier Code of Conduct has been disseminated to suppliers for acknowledgment and signature, reinforcing expectations around responsible business practices.
DISARONNO GROUP monitors its environmental impact by measuring and improving performance across key areas of the business.
A strong focus is placed on energy management, with a shared commitment across the Group to reduce consumption and increase the use of renewable sources, which already account for nearly 100% of electricity in most production sites.
Addressing climate change is another priority. Greenhouse gas emissions have been monitored annually since 2022 through a dedicated Carbon Footprint measurement project, which is progressively being extended to all production sites.
Circular economy and waste management are also integral to the Group’s approach. Despite the complexity of operations across different production sectors, continuous efforts are made to reduce waste and enhance material recovery, supported by ongoing investments in research and circular solutions.
Water management represents a further key area of focus. The Group is actively exploring new solutions to reduce water consumption, with particular attention to the Wines division.
